At A‑Team Plumbing & Drain, we’re not just fixing leaks, we’re raising the standard. We’re looking for a skilled, motivated Plumbing Technician who takes pride in doing things the right way. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to join a crew that values hard work and honesty, you’re in the right place.
What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing issues
- Install and replace water heaters, toilets, fixtures, and piping systems
- Use advanced tools (camera inspection, hydro jetting, etc.) to identify and solve problems
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on plumbing options
- Complete service calls independently and on time
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and local plumbing codes
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of plumbing experience (apprenticeship or journeyman-level)
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
- Licensed (or working toward licensure) in the state of Connecticut is a plus
